Client Image Usage
When you book a session, your signed photography agreement outlines your specific usage rights.
Unless otherwise stated in your contract:
- Photos by Kaylynn retains full copyright ownership of all images.
- Clients are granted personal-use print rights.
- Images may not be sold, edited, filtered, or submitted to publications without written consent.
- Images may not be used for commercial purposes unless a commercial license is granted.
If you wish to use images for business or promotional purposes, please contact us for written permission.
Portfolio & Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Photos by Kaylynn reserves the right to use images from sessions for:
- Portfolio display
- Website galleries
- Social media
- Marketing materials
- Studio samples
Clients who prefer privacy should notify us in writing prior to their session so accommodations can be discussed.
Booking & Contracts
Sessions are officially reserved once:
- A signed contract is completed
- Payment or deposit is received
All cancellation, rescheduling, delivery timelines, and usage rights are governed by the signed photography agreement.
Website Accuracy
We strive to keep all information accurate and up to date. However, pricing, availability, and services are subject to change without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Photos by Kaylynn is not responsible for temporary website outages, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
